- TOUR PRICING
1.1 The tour prices solely cover the expenses explicitly mentioned in the “Included” of the tour program. V’way Tour is not obligated to cover any expenses not specified in the “Included”.
1.2 A surcharge of 10$ will be applied during special occasions in accordance with Vietnamese government regulations, such as Lunar New year, Independence day, Hung Kings’ Anniversary…
2. BOOKING CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
2.1 Cancellation by V’way Tour
2.1.1 In the event of cancellation initiated by V’way Tour, immediate notification will be provided to the customer, and a full refund of the deposited amount will be promptly issued either in cash or via bank transfer.
2.2 Cancellation by the customer
2.2.1 If customers are unable to participate in the tour prior to the departure date, they are required to notify V’way Tour promptly via messages or email..
2.2.2 The following cancellation conditions will apply:
(a) For 1-day/half-day Tours: 100% refund will be granted if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
(b) Please note that any costs incurred during money transfers will be the responsibility of the customer (approximately 5% of the transaction amount).
3. FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
3.1 In the event of tour program cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as fire, natural disasters, war, etc., V’way Tour shall not assume any obligation to reimburse any losses incurred and shall not be held legally liable. However, V’way Tour will make arrangements for rescheduling the tour on a more suitable date.
